Deportation

Foreigners can be deported from Germany, for example because of contravening the Residency Law. Such a deportation also entails a ban on re-entry, which can however be for a limited period if an application is made. A special case for deportation is still for contravening the laws on prostitution, see § 55 clause2, Residency Law (AufenthG) Nr.3: discretionary deportation. This means that offences against the Prohibited Areas Regulations, i.e. in an area where prostitution is forbidden, could result in deportation.
